We offer spacious apartments including, studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and five-bedroom apartments near PSU. We understand the importance of students having personal space and feeling comfortable in their new home, which is why our floor plans offer a private bedroom and bathroom for each resident, as well as spacious closets.

At The Metropolitan State College, we prioritize contact with our residents. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are ready and available to answer any questions you may have. Our management and maintenance staff work to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents! Student residents can rest easy knowing our on-site management is just minutes away.

Individual Housing Contracts
We offer individual housing contracts to residents because we understand that accommodating roommates can be a tricking and stressful situation. Individual housing contracts mean your student is only responsible for their own monthly installment payments and will not be held accountable for damages incurred by roommates, including late payments or housing contract breaches.

Are you looking for more control over how you are matched with roommates? Through the RoomSync app, residents are empowered to choose roommates and build a sense of community using lifestyle habits such as cleanliness levels, studying habits, sleep cycles, and more. RoomSync offers an experience that supports a diverse and inclusive matching community through gender-inclusive tools. Furthermore, the app recognizes the importance of living criteria like service and emotional support animals and factors this into the matching process.
